I took two pregnancy tests and the first one was invalid and the second one was positive. Is there a chance that it may be a false positive?

False positives are extremely rare. If you read the test within the recommended time frame, I would be pretty certain that you are pregnant.

The maybe a chance but normally they are more likely to be a false negative than a false positive.

The majority of the time they are correct. If you want to know for sure, have a blood test done.
