Shout wipes work really well. It might stain the fabric though.

Use auto starting spray or brake parts cleaner it will take out the ink and it should not harm the fabric.

Resolve carpet cleaner. Spray it on and rub the stain.
Heat up your clothing iron. Spray on more Resolve.
Get a damp washcloth and place it (flat) over the stain. Rub the iron over the washcloth. It will lift out the stain.

If you are talking about ballpoint pen ink, get some cheap hairspray, spray, and them dab at it, do this till it comes out, but remember to DAB at it, don't spread it around. Good Luck!!

there is a product called simple green. You can get it at wal mart or other stores and it works really well.

Try those 'shout' sticks.
or baby wipes if it's relatively fresh.
