Try youtube. I'm not sure if they have english episodes, but you could always try.

I would say YouTube is your best bet, but the english dubbed only go up to episode 50.
I know because Im watching the episodes right now :)
But Im pretty sure they will get more dubbed and uploaded.
They do have Naruto subbed Im up to episode 158 right now!

i go for youtube.. but there aren't a lot of naruto episodes that are english dubbed.. they haven't gone that far... i actually prefer watching the jap. version... it's A LOT better.

youtube is the best bet, but if you want the direct source on where they get the videos.. go to dattebayo.com thats where they all get it from.. u just need a torrent client.. good luck

You could try Youtube or metacafe. I think they have some anime short films. You could also check on tv or satellite.

and you can watch it on tv on toomami.
