After a prank is pulled the targeted person has to sign a release before the footage can be aired. I'd assume that, if someone was extremely mad or maybe even highly embarrassed that they would refuse to sign. Also, most people, especially celebrities, are concerned about their public image. If they lose their temper or behave badly during the prank they would most definitely not want the video to be made public.

The host probably don't want to be humiliated, lol. Have you ever seen the show "Cheaters" (not a prank show) The host of it was stabbed. I couldn't believe it took someone so long to do it, lmao
