I prefer to follow the wisdom of British scientist, Mary Douglas, who said - "Behind a leader there must be followers, but they should always be on the lookout for the main chance and ready to change sides if the current leader doesn't deliver." So I've been a leader as well as a follower and to be honest, they both suck rocks.
