I've watched thousands of anime episodes, soooo... I can't just pick one! I have too many, but rest assured because I do NOT watch that Toonami crap on CN. That dubbed sh*t is for the loser anime fans... I do, however, have some favorites that have been played on Toonami, but I watched them waaay BEFORE they were on CN, so I say it doesn't count ^-^. Some current favorites, which I've finished, are Prince of Tennis, Yakitake!! Japan... and some that are still going on include NANA, xxxHolic... yeah. If you want to talk manga, though, my collection is the reason I'm currently broke now... hehehe... 200+ worth of SOME het and LOTS of hot fresh YAOI! *screams for yaoi* Of course, I download mostly now, so I own probably 9 gigs of yaoi manga and 4-5 gigs of yaoi animes like Ai no Kusabi, Sensitive Pornograph, Papa to Kiss in the Dark, Legend of the Blue Wolves, etc. Man, what would I do without such a magnificent resource like the Internet...?

Sailor Moon seems like a popular answer. Sailor Moon is probably my all time favorite too. Not the English version though, although that is fun to watch sometimes just to hear the lame dubbing.

Fushigi Yuugi! Tamahome and Miaka made my heart soften. additionally, I enjoyed the courting between Kenshin and Kaoru in "Rurouni Kenshin" even nevertheless the anime itself isn't romance-heavy.
