These guys are great, I think my two favorites are Ron White and Carlos Mencia.
They both have my give a D*#@*'s busted attitude.
I agree with the last guy, Howie Mandel is awesome, my favorite is Bobby ( from Bobby's World). He gets that kids voice and actions just right.

I really like Carl Barron. But I'm partial to Aussie Comedians. I dont know how big he is outside this country, but he's pretty funny.

carlos mencia--he has a belief that no cultural or ethnic joke is ok to tell...unless one can tell it to the group it is about...There is great power in that; plus, I just think he's really funny, I guess that helps.
