That's a tough situation. She's going to be upset with you if you tell her since it's not your business and she'll be embarrassed, but she'll also be upset with you if she finds out later that you knew but didn't tell her since she does have the right to know. Catch her husband and tell him discretely that you know and that if he doesn't tell her, then you will. That way, you give him the chance to do the right thing and her the chance to hear it from him first. Besides, he deserves to be in the hot spot all the way, so you don't need to feel guilty about putting more pressure on him. Then, if he doesn't tell her, it's your choice if you want to tell her yourself, or anonymously give her "proof" of his affair.

This is a very serious, situation, and wicked. I'd hate to be the man, for that man is dying and can't take back the life of his own. That is truly an affair, and nobody should be yielded into that situation. whoever she was, you can tell by the disgust, so horrible that i felt the ugliest smell and yet without shame.

I think you should only tell her because if she finds out later and she knows that you knew then she will question your loyalty to her as a friend.In the end you know the type of friend you have and how she will probably respond.

Telling an acquaintance about an infidelity is non of your business. With a mentality like yours it is obvious that the one you should be watching out for is yourself. Do yourself and your acquaintances a favor by keeping it to yourself!

Tell your friend to tell her hubby about the affair. Give her the opportunity to reveal all. If she does not tell then you could tell him.
