My guess is check the credentials of the trainers involved: their experience and/or the stars they've produced. If you're in Canada, one of the better wrestling schools to go to is Storm Wrestling Academy in "Calgary *dramatic pause* Alberta, Canada" and is run by Lance Storm himself. His latest class apparently has Dallas Hart (Bret's son) as one of its students.

Go to the FWA:Academy in Portsmouth, Hampshire. It's the best wrestling school in Europe.

The best I can recomend if you can afford it is www.stormwrestling.com, run by former WWE star Lance Storm he was a wrestler for over 20 years and has endorements on his site from Paul Heyman, Tommy Dreamer, Trish Stratus, Jim Cornett John Laurentis, Chris Jericho, Christian and others.
I'd suggest you do alot of research and go with someone that you know, whose style you like and who you know was a star.

Go to Harley Race's school in Eldon, Mo. He has a small promotion, and has put out some great wrestlers.

The WWE has mentioned his school several times.
