I'd like to knit hats, etc. for the homeless in Suffolk County. Where can I bring them?

I can't find any charities for the homeless in Suffolk County, N.Y. to donate knitted items. Does anyone know of any? Thanks

I've been wanting to the same thing, it's great that you want to help. I think the best place to go would be a homeless shelter, the salvation army, or maybe some soup kitchen or something like that. Good luck, and god bless

put them in a box in front of liquors stores. I'm not being mean. If you want to help them, that's where they most likely are.
