How long does it usually take before you know your accepted or not to college?

it really depends on which college....i would know i applied to 11 and got into 10 last year, and i didnt even go to any of them, but anyways like usually 1-2 months after u apply, but it could be as much as 4 months, the one i didnt get into took longer

Usually, you'll know by march to april. A lot of this depends on the quality of the school and the overall competitiveness of your record. If you have an outstanding record, then chances are you'll find out relatively early (maybe even before the end of this year). If your record is borderline for admissions (usually the school lets you know what their average student academic profile is), then you could be in for a long wait. I've heard of some students being placed on the wait list until summertime. (For the medical school application process, its possible you don't find out if you got accepted until literally the day before classes start.)

Open enrollment for my school runs from October to March, I applied the day it opened and found out two days before thanksgiving...so about a month, but it depends on the school really. The other school I applied to took 3+ months to get the acceptance letter.

I know that for at least the University of California system, California State University system, and USC, you recieve them between february and april at the undergraduate level entry.

I think they e-mail you or send you something in the mail within a couple months or so. I know that's about how long my boyfriend had to wait.

the guy above is joking, i desire you recognize. you need to really call the admissions place of work of the college to be sure why this is taking so long. they are the in basic terms ones who can allow you to recognize what your status is at present. Please call them.
