Do 500 pushups a day. That way, instead of having fat, you'll have muscles :D

Do push up's it's easy and it gives you fast results. Or go to the gym, or lift something up over your head alot of times. But the best thing to do is push up's, do 20, or 30 of them befor you go to bed, or just do them constantly every day!

just do some exercise and don't eat fat too much and eat many of fruits and vegetables .
