some techniques theater actors use is to bite your tongue; pain makes your brain focus on that and not on laughing. If you have identified the laughter as a sign of nervousness you can also try using a stress bean bag; it's a small ballon full of small plastic beans or sand that you can squeeze during your presentation.

Think about what you are going to say.. Concentrate on your talk. Maybe practice at home with you siblings or parents or just the mirror. Try not making eye contact at least until you get started into your speech. You can look over the heads of the class instead of into their eyes. If you can find someone in your class who is not smiling looking at them while talking will probably help too. Good luck I hope you find this useful

I think the best way to cease laughing is not to think about it when for example you`re givin` a lecture . Just don`t tell yourself that I`m about to laugh . The other way would be to remind yourself of an offensive event.

you laugh when your nervous no big deal. try this be ready to talk to everyone as if your about to lecture a kid your babysitting to not stick his hand on a hot stove. take it more seriously act more serious then after class laugh your butt off for having to act like such a stuck up during a speech
Good Luck
