Well, since you admit that you are a jerk now, I would suggest that you go to France and apply for citizenship. You'd fit in just fine there.

Go to another country and seek asylum. Then when you get your refugee status. Stay for a few years and renounce your US citizenship and be a citizen of that country.
Not to sure if that work though. Who knows. You could also go to the Middle East.

I think it depends on which country you want to transfer your citizenship to. Canada looks good but the weather is bad. Central america looks good but you have to speak spanish for most of the countries. France looks great but hard to become a citizen.
Not that Ive thought abot this myself as this country goes into the toilet...... lol
