311. Hands down 311 is the best band because they have shown they can withstand the times with eight albums later and still rocking. Their lyrics are positive and the music creative and enthralling. I just saw them Sept 3rd with the Wailers, awesome reggae concert. The best part is that they don't sell out they still make music that they like, that is how they can tour so much because they have over 130 published songs and every one of them is badass. Also the Chad and SA beat Scott Stapp's drunken *** which is awesome. I was at 311 day 2004 and they played for 5 hours straight with 68 songs. To sum it up 311 is my favorite band.

Although I could never name ALL the bands I like, my favorites are: Pink Floyd, Porcupine Tree, Black Sabbath, Metallica, Queen, Joe Walsh, Guns N Roses, Areosmith, Tool, Alice in Chains, AC/DC, Disturbed, Korn, Primus, Led Zepplin, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Eagles, Eric Clapton, Lynyrd Skynrd, Pantera, wow... I could keep going but I think you get the idea.

I don't like punk. My recent favorite bands would be Nickelback, Linkin Park, and Collective Soul; otherwise, I like the classic rock bands.

That's a pretty tough question cuz I love a lot of bands..Nickelback isn't punk but I'm really feelin them lately..let's see when it comes to Punk/Rock..it's gotta be My Chemical Romance or Fall Out Boy..I can't choose..sorry! LOL!
