What I think is hilarious is that they were sued by a band that was around in the 80's called Supernova, and they cannot make any money off that name, so they have to cough up all monies made from the show, and change their name before releasing any albums or going on tour. The case was settled yesterday before the final episode aired.

In all respect to Canadians, I dont think they should be aloud on the show, thats what Canadian Idol is for.
