Well, I'm not trying to give you gruff, but tattoos aren't healthy. You can get Hepatitis. I donate blood. They always ask you a ton of questions to screen you before you donate. They always want to know if you've had a tattoo in the last year. If you have, you can't donate. That should tell you that they are risky. Quitting smoking is wonderful! I'm glad you did. My dad tried for years and never could. He died from lung cancer. I'm glad you won't have to deal with that kind of illness. I just hope you don't risk your health with a tattoo. Now I will hush. Hope I didn't offend you.

Tats are supposed to be meaningful and an expression of how you feel.
Congrats on quitting! Sounds like a tat is just what the dr. ordered! Have fun and make it a good one.
BTW, tattoos are the most beautiful decoration you can put on your body - just my opinion.

why give you "gruff" about tattoos? They can be very sentimental and/or symbolic. I'm not sure about your question, but when I quit smoking, I got the "non-smoking" symbol as a sign that I had successfully quit. WTG!

Good for you, I wish I had the will power to quit, but I just don't want to, lol. Good luck with your tattoo, I got one a few months back, hurt like hell but it was worth it.
