He died. They don't want to show the video in respect for the family. It was the man's last moments, give it a rest.
No cover up. They were in the ocean, the man was dying and the stingray just went away. They didn't pay any attention to the ray because they were focusing on Steve.

He died and I can't believe you think it is a cover up---get real. Most of what you wrote is a joke. Because the film won't be shown it has to be a coverup. Would you want your family members death caught on film and then let the whole world view it. He was a great person with love and passion for the environment. He will be missed by so many. All that has been in the papers when he first died and how do you think his wife and family would feel if they thought people considered it a cover up. That is so messed up. She lost her husband and his young children will grow up without their father. Go to animalplanet.com and read all that is there. And let this man rest in peace and send warm thoughts and prayers to his wife and kids.

He's dead. He was stung by a sting ray while filming a documentary on the worlds dangerous animals. And about the tape, I think the manager wants to respect Steve's rights. Really, would you want a tape of your death shown all over the world?

Can I have some of what you conspiracy theorists are smoking?
*inhales*
Nope, even with that this is still crazy.
They won't show the film out of respect! If you had a family member die on film would you want everybody to see it?
By the way, he was Australian, and there are more popular people than him.

I'm sorry to say, but you're delving a little too deep; Irwin can only be alive through our memories of him. It was a freak accident - would only make more sense if it was a cover-up, right?

You are nuts...no cover-up...just decent respect for a good man who died an awful death...have you no sense? No one needs to see that awful film about the loss of someone we all loved and admired!!! He's dead...accept it already....!!!! Cover-up! Get Real....

If you died a gruesome death like that, would you want people to see your death on the silver screen? I think not!! It is just out of respect for a lot of kids idols.

Wrong. There is proof. He did die. No conspiracy just good taste not to show his demise to the world. He would not have wanted that anyway. Don't be misled or make any more of it. He is gone. RIP good man.

They don't show the film out of respect for the family. If you were killed would you want that film showed to everyone? I think not.
