I need to make an air propelled rocket for my science class. Does anyone know how I can do this?

I have to make this rocket using an inflated balloon(s) to propel a rocket forward. It has to go 10 meters and follow a guide wire in a straight line.

Get one of those clown balloons (long and thin). Slide it into a toilet paper cardboard roll (no toilet paper). Blow it up with your mouth. And let go.

Did I mention you should glue a straw to the toilet paper tube and thread a string through it so when it takes off, it follows the guide string?

Hi. Tape a soda straw to the balloon and run the wire through it.
