Actually, blood is not 95% water. Red cells, white cells and platelets make up about 45% of the volume of whole blood, and plasma makes up the remaining 55%. Plasma does have water in it though.

As for the freezing point, it's -.52 degrees Celsius or 31.1 degrees Fahrenheit from what I've read.

Tf = Freezing Point of the solvent in the solution

Tf0 = Freezing Point of the pure solvent

i = i factor which will be 1 if the solute is a non-electrolyte

Kf = Freezing Point Depression Constant which should be negative

m = concentration in moles of solute per kilogram of solvent
