We blush because the capillaries that carry blood to our skin widen, allowing more blood to flow beneath the surface of the skin, causing us to go red and feel flushed. Firstly talking about it can help. Hypnotherapy, complementary therapy, self-help groups, cognitive behavioural therapy, and counselling can all help people with social phobias that result in blushing.
There is also a surgical procedure available, but it is the individual’s choice whether to go for that option or not. The procedure, called ETS (Endoscopic Transthoracic Sympathicotomy), is performed under a general anaesthetic and involves severing the connection between the nerves and the blood vessels of the face.

Oh there's nothing wrong with you blushing and I don't believe there's a cure for that. Everybody is different, that's what makes us each unique, I think it's kind of cute, that you were brave enough to admit, that you blush easily, if blushing is the most important thing you're worried about, consider yourself blessed, it could be worse.

If you can learn to do this, I have found a really good way to not let things get to me is to make fun of something about me/something I've done, myself. Then it kind of takes the fun out for anyone else, plus I've really learned to laugh at myself and not let things bother me. Maybe the next time your friends give you a hard time, you could say, "You're just jealous because you don't have blood flow to YOUR head!"
Good luck! Don't let it get to ya! I bet the girls think it's cute! Bonus!

Well i mean you shouldn't be blushing. I mean we can act like ur friends. Just think that a girl or a new person don't get nervous cuz then we would flirt more and make u more nervous.
