How is it that a U.S. citizen born and raised here doesn't qualify for state benefits as easily as an illegal or legal immigrant? I'm not against a person coming to better their life or leaving to better their life. I don't hate anyone and I try not to judge but I find it very frustrating that I don't even qualify for medical help because I was born here and I make "too much" according to their rules and standards. It's very sad to me that we don't care about our own hardworking, law abiding, born and raised citizens just a bit more. (Not that immigrants don't work hard or abide by the laws) I love everyone I'm just confused.....

Remember what our parents once told us? Life is not fair. That is why I, a working man, have to live in a small apartment and a chronic welfare recipient gets to pay eight dollars a month to live in a beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse. Life aint fair babe.

Because we live in a system where it's way too easy to sue. As a result, everybody, the government included is scared of offending anyone, even illegal immigrants.
On a non-derogatory note, it's because the system was designed to be a "hand-up" for anyone in need, not a permanent place in life. Therefore, people who are in positions where help is often needed (ie immigrants) find it easier to get help. Of course, the problem is that too many people never stop accepting the help once they start receiving it.

It's easy to understand whenyou figure out that the Ruling Class is their sponsor. Undermining the legal residents is an unfortunate, but required side-effect of increasing corporate profits. The native animals are insignificant when compared to additional profit dollars for the raiders.
