Don't worry, you can't get dark circles around your eyes from sun (but do be careful to put sunscreen when being outdoors, your skin will look healthier when you are older).

I have found that only a good nights sleep, regular sleep, helps with dark circles. And for the cover up makeup, you should use yellowish hue concealers. Read my post about it, I go to great detail about proper application of the yellow concealer, the link is provided.

Drinking an excess of bevrages that contain caffeine, smoking, allergies and thyroid problems can cause dark under-eye circles. Dark circles can be hereditary. Try putting cool chamomile tea bags on your eyes or cucumber slices daily or applying eye creams containg vitamin K. Dark circles may be caused by deficiency of vitamin K. You could always cover the problem up with cosmetics.

Are you sure you're not anemic? Sometimes a lack of iron can cause dark circles under the eyes.

Just use cover-up and toner.
I have HUGE bags underneath my eyes...they literally reach halfway down my cheeks. They were hideous until I found the right solution for my skin, and now, as long as I use my make-up and toner daily, I look just fine...even to myself.
I can't recommend any specific toner, because we might have different skin types, and therefore, I can't just predict what you can use.

You're gonna laugh, but it works. Hemorrhoid cream! It helps shrink puffiness and swelling on your butt, so why not your face. It works!
