Lets take a different approach to this issue. The values and views we have on ourselves sets the stage of how men treat us. We get caught up in sex and material things and then wonder why things fall apart. Did you look at him and take the time to see if he has any goals in life that he would like to accomplish. Can you help him reach those goals??? Does he know what your goals are and is he willing to help you achieve your goals??? Did you get in the relationship looking nice and taking care of yourself ?? How you look means a lot to most men. Most men loves a challenge, Find out what you want to do with your life as a person. Stand on your own 2 feet for what you want. Start saying no to him and yes to yourself. No man has the power to turn us into a cow unless we allow it. By the way there is a lot more and better bulls out there waiting just for you. When you find them don't tell them about the one you just left. You can do it, "go girl " and have the real love you deserve.

In today's world males have been conditioned to think with their genitals, when young this was fine however as we age males are supposed to grow up (mature)many don't ( it would be fair to say quite a few do )
Women to are supposed to mature as they age and many do (far more than men)..so there is this imbalance with one party still trying to be twenty two and the other party seeing things quite differently, it also has a lot to do with interpersonal relationships which develop with time (or at least should ), and what each expects from each other ...and is indeed getting or not .

The truth is, the guys who do that are bad marriage material because what they are concerned about it staying young.
