Some people learn by watching, some by doing. Some people take notes and write everything down. Some just listen. What is the best way to teach so that people will learn easier?

Give out to the class what you would have them take as notes then teach the material hitting the important points then follow with a quick quiz self graded having the questions answered by random members of the class or just the next person in the row if they answer wrong the question goes to the next person in the row if they answer correctly they get to pick the next person who gets to answer a question. I had this method used on me in a class a few months ago and it worked well on a lot of levels. It made the dry subject matter much more interesting.

You need to find out what works best for you. Some can learn by just reading, others by listening, others by taking careful notes. There are some very good books on finding a learning strategy for you. There are some very good techniques to help. Try creating you own shorthand, it is easy to do and really helps you to keep up. For instance you can leave out all vowels and still understand the word. You can also develop single letter symbols for recurring words. For instance a capital U can always stand for United States, G for government, P for president, C for Congress and SC for Supreme Court. Make up your own, it works and it allows for good notes. Good Luck

Well I would say, write it down first, but then go through it together. Have (if you are a teacher) have the kids write down or ask 1 or more questions. You should also find a video to show. And when you talk about it, make it fun, no one wants to listen to some boring person talk. put all little emotion into. Make it age appropriate. And make sure that if the kids have any questions that they come to you.

There is no one easiest way to learn. But for most people, visual learning helps them best. I've done various science experiments to come up with this result. For one, I had to teach 20 of my peers the combinations to a lock. 5 got to look at a piece of paper with the combination for 10 seconds. 5 got to hear me say the combination repeated to them for up to 5 seconds. 5 had me say the locker combination once and had to try to open the lock 5 times. And the other 5 had to write the combination down on a sheet of paper 5 times.

Results-

Paper(visual/seeing)-5/5
Hearing (audiotory/hearing)- 4/5
Doing (kenistetic/preforming)- 1/5
Doing #2 (kenistetic/writing)-4/5

To me, the easiest way to learn is just to listen and take notes and then study the notes when I get home. It may seem boring (and it is!) but it seems like the most effective way.

The best way to teach is to design activities that allow different learners to use their own skill sets to complete the tasks. Assign groups based on skills, not ability levels. Put the math whiz with the art whiz, give them pictures of three paintings, and ask them to guess the value the paintings were sold for at auction, and how much profit the auction house made.

My teacher was just talking about this is class today. There are three ways to learn, auditory, visual, and kinisthetic. Most people find kinisthetic to be easier, since it's hands-on and what not lol

The easiest way to learn is by having fun with it. Association to something learned is a sure way to learn something new.

By incorporating all learning types into TEACHING THAT'S right for everyone.

It won't be easy, but you'll get it...

Most just stick to 1 teaching style while some students, who perhaps don't understand that style, suffer, YOU BE THE 1ST TEACHER TO TEACH ALL STYLES!

GOOD LUCK
