Yes, Yahoo has many groups for that type of thing. Check the links below either for your particular area, or they could be shipped to other areas. I'm sure you'll also find other groups from there.
There's also other sites that offer free advertising.
Sure saves you a ton from all the eBay fees!

I am sure you could sell pretty much anything you could sell on ebay but cheaper. Last I knew they were free unless they have changed it. The downside is not as much traffic so things may sell slower or in the case of an auction you may get a lower bid unless you start it high.

Look at yahoo auctions. They do not get as much traffic as ebay but they do offer a way to sell stuff. You might also check www.craigslist.com for your city.
