Nothing wrong with having feelings. Means you r a sensitive human. Everyone has feelings. Some like to hide them and some wear them on their sleeves.

You're human. If you don't have emotions, then I'm concerned. If they say it makes you weak, THEY'RE weak in the head. Have emotions. Cry, laugh, love. Good things, and they help. Just let it out. (But make sure they're healthy!)

Depends on what you're talking about. If you're talking about feelings in general, then you're an idiot. If you're talking about someone yelling at you at work because you goofed up something and you start crying, then you're weak.
