How do I get an adapter to plug into my computer...?

for an LG UX5000? I can't find one anywere. I need one because I have alot of pictures on my cell, and I don't want to have to keep erasing them. Help!! Umm, I went to the Yahoo search page and entered "lg ux5000 usb cable software" into it, and came up with several. I don't know if they're scam companies or not, so be careful...

This is less than $12, but it doesn't come with software. Do you already have the software?
