The twin towers were not bombed. Commercial passenger airplanes were hijacked and crashed into them. There were no explosives involved save for the very combustible jet fuel on board. No bombs.
And as for who, they were mostly from Saudi Arabia (not Iraq).
There has been some controversy over whether the suspects originally released by the FBI are in fact the correct people.

Osama bin Laden is the mastermind behind it all supposedly - but there are two things.
(1) The twin towers were destroyed by planes being flown into them
(2) The bombing of the twin towers (interior bombs exploding) may have been done by the US government to force them to collapse - or it could have been the superheated fuel from the airplanes collapsing the buildings
There is a lot of conspiracy theory talk on just this subject - maybe in 20 years we will know for certain.

But the guys who flew the planes into the World Trade Center had nothing to do with Iraq. They were mostly Saudis who were members of El Qaeda and had no connection to Saddam Hussein.
