There is so much to do. Bellagio comes to mind the buffet is well worth the money.
Check out shark reef at Mandalay bay, and there is always the star trek experience at the Hilton.
Go to www.vegas.com for a listing of things to do.
Have fun

I love the Hard Rock and Mandalay Bay, for places to stay. Both are cool and comfy with great pools and nice restaurants. Red Square in Mandalay Bay has great drinks - it's known for it's vodka bar. The coolest restaurant, I thought, was AJ's in the Hard Rock. It's this retro, cool steak house. Very small and intimate with awesome service (at least, when I went there. I'ts been a few years!).

Las Vegas lost something for me when it was taken over by corporate America. I went with my parents in the 60s, and when I came of age in the 70s I went several times. Now it just doesn't seem as exciting as it once did. More now like a TV show, or carnival.
I liked the old Golden Nugget , and the old strip

My favorite place in Las Vegas is my bed. But since there's no room for visitors there... Foundation Room, Mandalay Bay would be my recommendation.

I LOVE VEGAS!!! The bellagio is awesome, i love the buffet. Cirque de Soleil is the best. I saw Mystere last year, it did not dissappoint me. I love just walking along the strip, it's so amazing.

Red Rock Canyon is great, however I don't know how it looks since the fire.
Wynn hotel is great ... just visit the strip and see all the hotels, go downtown and see the light show on Freemont Street.

Downtown on Freemont Street. The atmosphere is alive with color and people and fun. there aren't all the drunks that you get up and down the strip. There are also great restaurants and shops as well. They also cater to old style gambling and their slots are looser.
