I heard from someone who works at a creatine manufacturer, that you only need about a teaspoonful per day. I know the containers say to take way more than that, but I got the same results after starting to take the teaspoonful per day. your body will use what it needs and you will pee out the rest. the manufacturers want you to take as much as possible so that they make more money from you, but all you need is a teaspoonful per day!
