I saw it and found it both informative and quite plausible.

Contrary to all the press, it didn't present the prior administration in a particularly unfavorable light. Some individuals in BOTH administrations came across as ignoring obvious warning signs, but didn't everyone figure that had happened anyway?

Richard Clarke, John O'Neill, the CIA operative "Kirk," and Patricia Carver came across as the people who saw it coming, but were rebuffed at every turn by bureaucrats who were too afraid of doing the wrong thing to do anything.

Ambassador (to Yemen) Bodine, as portrayed by Patricia Heaton, came across as an absolute idiot.

"dramatization" means to me that they told the story the way they wanted, juggled the facts. they did the movie to cash in on the 5 year anniversary of 9/11. there are people(alot of them ) who will believe this version of "their" truth.
