"Absolutely NOT!"

In his career of 27 years, "Mr. Macho" was responsible for over 6,000 captures of "folks," (as "RichardJ" calls them), like high-profile rapist and Max Factor heir, Andrew Luster. I have to agree, that is pretty macho. It takes a lot of guts to do the stuff he's done. You try it.

Go find a felon that is wanted on the ten most wanted, and try to arrest him, and see what happens to you. Don't forget when you try to approach a dangerous felon; he will have a gun or two or three, and probably some friends nearby. I'd be messing my pants running into some of the people he's come across!

Duane "Dog" Chapman has already "tasted the other side of the cell." If you read up on his background, you would know that. He turned his life around, and I totally agree with "deuxlumie" - he did nothing but good in this world. Not very many people are able to turn their lives around like he did.

So he made a TV show from it and got rich. So what? What if it was someone YOU loved that was a victim of Andrew Luster's? Would you be happy that this person was finally chased down and caught? I sure would be. It seems like just because someone is rich or famous, some people hate them no matter what – or if they go catch bad guys.

I understand bounty hunting is illegal in Mexico - maybe because so many criminals hide down there? A lot of people commit crimes here and run to Mexico to hide. They know they will get away with it, and Luster would have as well, if it weren’t for “Dog.” I’m thinking the Mexican police or government just didn’t like looking bad – but THREE YEARS? Why didn’t they immediately get him if they wanted him so much? It wasn’t like he was going to run off somewhere. You have to remember his face has been on TV A LOT. I wonder how many times they saw him on TV in Mexico and didn’t think about arresting him until 3 years later? I hope our government backs him up.

I don't think the US Marshalls should have arrested him in the first place. Dog does nothing but good in this world, and the Mexican government is a bunch of criminals. They kidnap Americans and hold them for ransom to fund their stupid political policy. Don't tell me Dog wasn't doing them a favor by taking that murdering scumbag out of their shitty country.

Heck yes. He thinks he is mister macho going after folks. Let him taste the other side of the cell. See how cocky he is after a few weeks of beans and tortillas.
