Nope, but you can scar up and get infected and THAT could prevent you from breast feeding. The implants themselves won't stop you though.

well if you breast implants ive heard that you cant breast feed

no, although it is not recommended. implants are usually placed beneath the muscle tissue, the milk ducts are over the tissue.
