It will be final usually within 3-6 months, but for different marriages, it takes longer or shorter periods of time. You won't find info about your case on the internet; that's against your confidentiality. You will get your copy when the divorce is final.

You need to call the clerk of courts in the county he filed, aren't you going to go to the final hearing??
If the court does not have your current info. you won't get a copy unless you request it. Yes you can find out online if that particular county has a website, alot do but not all. Google it and see if there is one... If you don't protest the divorce and there are no assets or kids or debts, it won't take more than 2 months to finalize. Good Luck....

Hope you get a lawyer. They are a good way to find out what is going on. Then you usually have to go to court. It took me 2 1/2 years to get my divorce. It all depends if anyone is contesting the divorce or not.

You should contact the court house in the town that is was filed in and ask them. They will tell you all the info
