The associates is a 2-year degree, the bachelors is a 4-year degree, a masters is a 2-year degree done after a bachelors, doctorates are longer and vary by program (ex medicine, law, etc.)

If you're trying to save money an associates degree at a community college can be a good stepping stone to a bachelors program at a university. An associates on it's own isn't worth a lot unless you are going into a trade like cosmetology, or auto maintenance.

Do you know what you want to study?

Associates = 2 yr degree
Bachelors = 4 yr degree

what do you think? Bachelors earn more, do more, learn more.
