Let me ask you: if something is 40% off the tagged price and if it is further reduced, by say 50% as a clearance and they have 10% coupon that you can clip from the newspaper, will it come free then?

Nope.

Here is why:

$100 to 40% off is $60, 50% off is $30 and 10% off is $3 which means the article's price is $27. It can keep going like this. You cannot get something for nothing. (unless you lift it of course...!!!!!!!).

You have to be a "Special" customer to receive the password to the hidden bargain cellar.
Actually, you have to pay attention to the wording. They are always lowering prices does not imply that they are always lowering the same items price.
