No, an eatting disorder is when you don't eat on purpose or eat small amounts to lose weight. Or the opposite. Just obsessing over body image/weight.
You, just have a stupid diet. 4 pounds is 3 days. You might as well buy a tombstone how. In a year you'll be gone. Teens are suppose to get about 1200 - 1500. Women between 19 - 35, 1100- 1300. And middle aged women, 900 - 1200.
But if you are trying to lose weight, your suppose to eat under 900 calories. And honey, your just aiming for a crash diet.

Well, you should be eating a little more, but if that's how many calories fill you up, then it should be fine. The reason why you probably lost wieght in the past few days is b/c you may have a fast metabolism & that's what's getting the weight off. It also depends on your weight, height & age...those are very important when your metabolism is very fast. If you feel that you may be going thru an eating disorder, you should definitely consult a physician ASAP, b/c you could be harming your body.

That's very few calories...you should consume 1200 calories on a diet, so 600 is very few. You may end up lowering your metabolism by eating so few calories because your body will go into "starvation mode."
Also, you may end up burning muscle tissue instead of fat when you eat such few calories, in which case you will have strong-smelling urine. If you are only eating proteins, your body will be producing ketones caused by burning muscle instead of fat. Producing ketones is hard on your kidneys.
If you don't start eating more, you could easily end up being an anorexic, in which case you simply won't be able to keep weight on your body. It's a very serious problem and potentially life-threatening.

You dont neccessarily have an eating disorder, but I wouldn't keep the habit up. Losing a lot of weight can cause severe heart damage and kidney failure. You should eat healthy, but I would eat more than 800 calories if you don't want your health to decline.

I don't know about an eating disorder, but you definitely aren't getting enough calories. Even on a weight loss diet, they don't reccommend eating fewer than 1200 calories a day!

no because an eating disorder is a slow progress, you just seemed to have calculated 3 days...
when it becomes 3 months then ask.
and if you are aware of you eating so less, maybe you should tell someone in your family and they can give you the correct nutrition.

you're not eating enough calories. You need to be eating at least 1500 calories a day, assuming you weight at least about 100 lbs... you asked about metabolism too... your metabolism is not functioninig properly if there is hardly any food to burn! Eat more!
