you could try a credit search but the search are normally on a person name and they will not give detailson some one else is
name .
you could try it only cost a small amount they mightbe able to do it on the address only if youask them . the other wayis if you are stillgetting lots of letter for that person writ e to these company an inform them that this person has moved on . company then will trace them .

experian is the company youneed tocontact. if you look on the web you can get it fir free if you fill in a survey.

There are two main credit search houses, Equifax and Experian, either of these should be able to give you some help, but may well charge you for it...

check a credit reference agency. you will need the permission of the tennant to do this.
