Stretch out thoroughly and pay attention to areas that feel especially tight. Icy Hot on a particularly stubborn knot can help loosen before run. Keep Hydrated, before, during and after. Make sure you give yourself plenty of "cool down" time after completing run and complete some light stretching after the run.

Drink water up to three days prior. Hydration is not an imediate thing. It takes time. Then, strech well, and don't run too hard. It does no good to break yourself off. You will get injured. You have to be a star athlete or a soldier to do excruciating workouts on a daily basis.
