Try getting more sleep. Seriously.
Get a new alarm that gets louder and louder as it goes off and put it far away from your bed.
Lay your clothes out the night before so you don't have to worry about that in the AM.
Get a coffee maker that you can set up the night before so it'll be ready when you get up....just the smell might wake you up.
Good luck!

Since the body does what your mind wants it to do, I figure some way you are sabotaging yourself.
You need to sleep 8 hours to get a good rest, so get to bed 8 hours before you need to wake up. Put a lot of clocks around setting the alarms at different times (maybe 5 minutes apart). Hide one in the a drawer, one under the bed, etc. and, have a call service call you to ring your phone many times for you. Or get a roommate who is s stickler for getting up on time and they have to get up earlier than you do and have them bother you until you wake up.
I think it's a matter of training yourself, learning to be a motivated person, and knowing in your mind that the reason you awaken is for an important reason.
Sounds too like maybe a bit of depression is starting to set in coupled with very little sleep.

I don't think the depression thing is the problem because i read something like this. My question to you is do you get slightly angry at not getting up on time? If that is the case then i think you get a slight secret satisfaction on not getting up and having an excuse for getting angry. If not I guess get multiple alarms each waking you up in different intervals of time before your destined wake up time.

You could try setting several alarms instead of just one, say you have to wake up at 6 am, you could set them at 6:00, 6:04, 6:10 or so... That's what I do sometimes... You'll get bored of hearing the alarm sound so often that you'll eventually wake up.

I was really bad for hitting the snooze button too many times. And because my alarm clock didn't have the two alarms feature...I'd set my alarm clock like 20 minutes earlier than the time I needed to get up. I think psychologically, the brain feels like you've "cheated" if you hit the snooze. Basically, I'd set my alarm early, hit snooze two times and feel like I cheated and then I'd get up. Who knows, maybe it'll work for you.

have you tried putting your alarm on the other side of the room? so that you HAVE to get up to turn it off///
and also, try keeping a water bottle by your bed and wipe some on your face as soon as you wake up.
that always works for me.

your so used to hearing your same ol' alarm clock so you just ignor it... go and buy a new one that sounds totally different....
- and when you go to bed think about having to get up at that time...
- your brain has it's own clock
