Unfortunately, no! Older is interesting - I am 49 now & wouldn't go back for anything! I do feel wiser in some ways. I depend on God's wisdom for my life - but I do know some people who have gotten older but haven't grown up yet. I actually like this age because I feel free to be myself despite what anyone thinks. I feel young - it's a matter of the heart! Why?

Depending on his way of thinking. Being a wise man requires a lot of real life experience. The more older we get, the more wiser we should be.

Being older doesn't mean your any smarter than anyone else. Wiser is something that is learned through personal experiences in life. The more experiences you have the more you learn. Remember though, some experiences are not worth going through or learning, like jail.

It really depends on the person, but for the most part yeah. Because the more you lived the wiser you (should) become.

Reminds me of a song from Sound of Music (Sixteen Going On Seventeen)!
Liesl: I need someone older and wiser, telling me what to do
You are seventeen going on eighteen, I'll depend on you

Absolutely, positively not! Do not be mislead by this lie! In some cases the younger ones are much smarter! It all depends on talent, and education. Some are born smarter, it just happens. Lets consider Tom Cruise. He is reasonably old, well educated but. Hes a nut. Crazy. Loco. Wacky. Out of his mind! I mean "scientology"? Please. Come on! Even two year olds know that is fake! So it all depends.

Older may mean "wiser than you used to be", but it doesn't necessarily mean "wiser than me".

Nope. It should, yes, but in a world where the elected president is a monkey who's favorite thing to do is spew religious rhetoric and slaughter thousands of lives... well, you know. In my estimation, you're the "smartest" when you're in your twenties to early thirties; you're not a fickle high school student, and you're not a conservative a**hole. Oh, by the way, no offense to all the actual adorable monkeys out there. I apologize for comparing that piece of sh*t to such intelligent creatures.

Sometimes
some ppl grow up not learning anything, they dont learn from their mistakes
while others grow up soaking in information/learning from their mistakes which makes them smarter and wiser
