Reduced fat cream-cheese. Hey, not all of us have "a metabolism most people are envious of".

My bagel has actually been added to the menu at our local coffee shop and called "The Monica". LOL! It's very popular. You can make it with whatever type of bagel you choose but my favorite is an "Everything Bagel" with bacon slices, cream cheese and tomato. Everyone thinks it sounds gross but after they try it just once they become addicted. It became one of the most popular items on the menu. I confess though, when I can make it to Alpine Bagel (in TN) I prefer to get a japaleno bagel with turkey, sprouts, bannana peppers and mayo.

Usually cream cheese. However, if it's a Cinnamon bagel, then just a little pat of butter.

Vegetable cream cheese, or a hard boiled egg smashed up with salsa and pepper and a little bit of salt... On a whole wheat bagel

everything bagel--butter or cream cheese
plain bagel--cream cheese or cream cheese with jelly
cinnamon bagel-butter

if it is a regular bagel than i put cream cheese on it. if it is a pizza bagel than i put feta light cream cheese on it

Usually cream cheese. My favorite cream cheeses are Strawberry Cream Cheese, Tomato Basil cream cheese, and Honey and Walnut Cream cheese.

nothing. i only eat chocolate chip bagels, so it would taste very weird to put cream cheese on that

Cream cheese normally, but if it's a warm one, sliced ham, cheese, some egg, have to do the miracle whip thing, what can I say I love the stuff. MMMMMM nice and warm and yummy too.
