Let say a girl and a guy are just friends. But when he goes out with someone else she gets jealous. Does this mean she is in love with him?

No, it could mean many things.
1. This person could have feelings for the guy, but hasn't come to terms with them yet - but that doesn't mean love. It could just be that she is interested and wants to see what happens.
2. She could be posessive and want the guy all to herself (friend wise). This would be jealousy, not necissarily meaning there are feelings.
It doesn't just mean love. There are many ways that the female mind tinkers. It is a mysterious machine.

I dont know what causes girls to be jealous of another girl if she's not with that guy...I think that's a feeling of rejection? or jealousy is maybe a defense for the feeling rejected or not chosen in this case?
If she's with him and he goes off with someone else...that feeling is rejection not jealousy. I feel jealous to see a happy couple if Im not in one. Do you see the difference?

well, maybe not so much as "you love him" but you are definitley having some feelings for this guy. have you guys tried to be more than just friends? ya never know, he might feel the same way when you go out with a guy...

no, it's actually the opposite. Jealousnes it's selfishnes in disguise, as the girl does not accept the idea that he is having a good time with someone.

Love is wanting the other person to be happy. Jealousy is wanting that person for yourself.

It doesn't mean you're in love with him for sure, no. Might be, but who's to know? You'll know if you're "in love", I'd say.
