f(x)=2x+3
f(0) = 2(0) + 3 = 0 + 3 = 3
f(1) = 2(1) + 3 = 2 + 3 = 5
f(2) = 2(2) + 3 = 4 + 3 = 7
Range = {3,5,7}

Example: x=0
2(0)+3 then simplify

Hope this helps. Good luck.
