I have a jealously problem, though it's not when other people look at her. I think I'm insecure, and though I'm 100% sure she would never, ever, ever cheat on me (and I trust her more than anybody in the world), I can't help but feel like she has a crush on other guys... or that she's flirting with them. Whether she is or not I don't know, but I know it's only a "playful" thing so I shouldn't worry. I can't help it, still.
Anyhow, I think you have to TELL yourself over and over to just relax, because nothing will push a gal away faster than when you're jealous and acting "un-trustworthy." Believe me on that one, my girlfriend told me.
Just do your best to chill. I'm doing my best, and it does have positive after-effects. You have to explain to yourself that she's your girlfriend and that she chose you. When other guys are looking at her, take it as a compliment - she's yours, after all, not theirs. Their the ones who should be jealous, no?

The problem is that deep down you don't feel worthy of her so you feel that you have to attack any threat to your relationship. You think you are protecting her honor but in reality you are trying to fend off the competition before they get a chance to take her away. Got to work on your self esteem bro. Start believing in your heart that your good enough and you'll see you can start to let go and not feel like you have to defend your turf AL the time. If your don't eventually shes going to see you for what you are, which is insecure about whether you deserve to be with her. Believe me if you don't think you belong with her she''l start to question whether she belongs with you and eventually you'll be history

You should seek couseling, or you will lose her. I am married to the man who used to do that to me and I almost left him, but he managed to change.
