i have, i didn't have a sewing macchine so i took two pairs of fishnet tights (that i got at the dollar store!! weird huh?)
used one for the arms and top and then just kind of pinned the other pair (parts of them anyways) to make it long.
but that was 7 years ago, and now i just have a pair of fishnets with the feet and crotch cut out, it works well

As Jane said, it works well with fishnets. But now that I think about it, it could work with some other kinds of tights, like the printed ones or other net tights. Its just hard to find ones that are the right size to work as a top.

A coworker did. Well she had a shirt over it and the tights were sort of sleeves. But yeah, you're not the only one.

I have seen this done and it looks great. Just cut the feet off and cut the crotch out. Its a hot look. I would love to see pics.
