just about everyday my uncle who i work with (not for), messes up my hair, it didnt bother me because he did it in a way that was not mean, but after a few MONTHS i got sick of it so i got a squirt gun and nailed him with it yesterday, now everytime i squirt him he runs to the watercooler and dumps it down my back...i dont want to have world war 3 in the office everyday but i am not going to let him do these things without it going unchecked anymore...having a talk about it would just be weird so please no talk to him about it answers. Actions will only work trust on him trust me, we are both equal owners in the company so its not like we are going to get fired either, just want to know what you would do-except having a talk that isnt in the cards for us

You could try something that doesnt involve water, such as dumping fire ants down his shirt or better yet his pants. You could also put glue in his seat, or paint. This is only if you want to continue with the pranks. Otherwise just ignore him. He will stop eventually.

Sounds to me a serious talk is in order to put a stop this this horse-playing before someone gets their feelings hurt or, worst yet, physically hurt. If you feel uncomfortable doing a one on one, then get some kind of mediator, like a family counselor, to sit in on this talk. Good luck

Sorry but I believe that playing on his level will only cause further problems. You need to discuss it on an adult level and let him know that horseplay outside the office is one thing but a professional attitude needs to be maintained at work.

use gel for your hair. Get an extra shirt to work. And tell your unlce to grow up, work is work not fun all the time. You won't find peace until you talk. Doing something worse to him will make him do something even worse back to you.

Hire someone who can both help out with tasks in the office and who is a revenge specialist.

I have so much to say to you right now, but I'll bonk you on the head instead....BOINK!...there you go.
Just kidding. You guys own the company, but talking is not option? That company will soon go down.

The only way to solve this problem is to talk about it. Something simple like "Hey, this is getting rediculous. Let's stop the juvenile antics, please" might be a good place to start.
If that is too adult for you to handle, just move away from him when he tries to messup your hair.

when he walks away from his desk put some eye drops in his drink! he will be running to the bath room the rest of the day he will not have to bother you...
- or you can try and super glue his chair to the floor...

The height of immaturity. I can't believe you're old enough to own a company, either of you.
