Appointed judges and replace many that want to legislate from the bench
Continued good, growing economy
No terror attack on US soil
Continues push for lower taxes
Continues to have a backbone and realizes that the gov't's policy shouldn't come from wavering polls or the UN.
Medicare benefits
Many Al Qaida leaders captured or killed

Probably that we have not had a terrorist attact since 9/11. Other accomplishments will go unnoticed for many years due to the Iraq war. It's too bad that everyone else seems to think they can run the country better....I doubt it....in these times we do the best possible and pray we stay safe. God Bless America.
