Coming from the same source, the expectations would be that the Chesapeake and New England regions would emerge alike. Geography, unfarmiliar resources, economy, and social differences would prove against that theory.

If not how can I make it better. Please comment.

re-word it, the thesis itself is good, but it is very difficult to get the main point, instead of trying to use big words sometimes it helps to simplify things.

Sound good as long as you can support your thesis with fact. What are unfamiliar resources? You might want to reconsider that phrase!
